Notices for Sunday 6th March

Our Sunday morning service is at 10:30am and is led by Revd Anna Bishop.

The service will include Holy Communion.

Please join us either in person or online, all are welcome.

Coffee will be served in the hall and our Fairtrade stall will be open, after the service.

If you are attending worship in person, please:

  • wear a mask
  • use hand sanitiser
  • as far as possible, respect social distancing.
  • do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

TakeTime Together A six-week Lenten journey

TakeTime meditations are a perfect way to find calm and peace in the busy-ness of life.  If you haven’t tried TakeTime before, you’re in for a treat. We’ll be using ‘TakeTime’ meditations to lead us in time and thought through the events of Holy Week leading up to and including Jesus’ crucifixion.

When:  Weekly on Tuesdays starting 1 March to 5 April  from 14:30 to 15:30 (note changed time)

Prayers for our sister church, St John’s, Mtendere, Zambia

Please pray for the Community Development and Social Justice group in their ministry, so much needed following the pandemic, helping people in Mtendere to have money-earning employment.

Give thanks for sufficient rains this season, and pray for fairness and justice for all the people.
