Harvest Festival 2021
Followed by General Church Meeting
This Sunday, 26th September is our Harvest Festival service led by Revd. Anna Bishop and Mr Dan Bishop.
We are delighted that this year we can again bring gifts for the Trussell Trust for their food parcels. When you arrive in the sanctuary, please place your gifts on the raised area before you take your seat. This will save unnecessary movement during the service.
Items in a food bank parcel include: –
• Tinned tomatoes/Pasta sauce,
• Lentils, Beans, Pulses,
• Tinned meat, Tinned vegetables,
• Tea/Coffee, Tinned fruit, Biscuits,
• UHT milk, Fruit juice.
There will be a collection for ‘All We Can’, envelopes will be avalable, or you can donate online online at https://www.allwecan.org.uk/donate/make-a-donation/.

Prayers for our sister church, St John’s, Mtendere, Zambia
Pray for our minister, Rev Godfrey Gama, in his work as chair of Chelston Consistory of the United Church of Zambia (Consistory is equivalent of Circuit).
St John’s is part of this Consistory, which covers the east of Lusaka and includes 26 congregations and 15,650 church members.
At St John’s, pray for the Finance Committee, in hard times because of COVID.
