Our well-equipped rooms are available for public hire at very reasonable rates.

Rooms are available for hire by the hour, with a minimum hire period of two hours. This includes setting up before and clearing up after the event. Discounted rates are available for bookings of four hours or more.
We can provide catering facilities. No charge is made for the preparation of drinks or light refreshments in the kitchen, Coffee Bar or refreshment area upstairs. The kitchen can provide full hot food catering facilities for approximately 100/120 people, although there is an additional charge of £25 if serving hot food.
Access and facilities for disabled people are provided on the ground floor.
We are also able to offer a range of equipment at a small additional cost:
- A Grand Piano and Organ – £15 each per hour (£60 max.). An electric piano is also available in Room One.
- Sound amplification – Sanctuary or Hall (subject to the availability of an operator) – £25
- DVD player – £10
- Flip Chart and paper/Whiteboard – £5
- Screen – £4
- Video projection via a laptop computer (not provided) is available in the Sanctuary by arrangement only. – £20
